Brownie acai bowl with paleo choc granola

"You can never have too much acai" - Ghandi.

He speaks the truth. Or at least that's what he would have said I'm sure if Ghandi had been exposed to the beauty, the joy, the magic and the true perfection that is Acai. 

But enough of that - I'm sure I don't need to convince you of the amazingness that is acai...so here is another recipe for a BROWNIE acai bowl... #yas. 

This one is topped with alllllllll the good stuff, including Ella's Wisdom choc granola. It's paleo, vegan and refined sugar free, this stuff is literal heaven on earth (or heaven on an acai bowl) and it's good for you - such a win. INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet unsweetened acai (try Sambazon or Amazonia) or 3 tbsp pure Acai powder
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 dates
- For extra decadence, blend in half an Ella's Wisdom paleo, vegan brownie (omg you won't regret it)
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk

TOPPINGS: 
- Ella's Wisdom Choc granola
- Activated buckwheat
- Peanut butter
- Blueberries
- Coconut flakes
- Flax seed

METHOD:

Blend everything together in a high powered blender until smooth - you may need to pulse it or stop and mix it around a bit. 

Pour into your favourite bowl and go to town with your toppings!
