Hummus with an (orange & raspberry) twist

I am a CHRONIC SNACKER. Sometimes it's the best thing ever, sometimes I wish I was one of those 3-square-meals-a-day person, so much cheaper.

Anyway, I always make sure I am armed with healthy snacks for when the 3pm snack attack strikes. One of my favourites is hummus and veggies - so easy, you can make it in bulk in advance and take it to work/ uni/ wherever you go/ just sit and eat it at home as I do. This one is a bit of a twist on the old classic, a slightly sweet twist. It's also great for entertaining.

1 cup cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup organic cashews
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
Raspberry powder 

Blend everrryythiiinnngg together until smooth (I use a Vitamix as it’s super powerful so it takes about 20 seconds max!), then top with raspberry powder - to make it look oh-so-gorgeous of course!! Dunk your fave veggie sticks in for an easy arvo snack.
