My classes are fun, informative and hands on, and can be hosted in the comfort of your own kitchen or workplace, with the menu adapted accordingly. All my recipes are EASY, designed to be made by NORMAL people (not Masterchefs) living normal busy lives. Healthy cooking doesn't have to be a tiresome chore, and getting exciting about yummy healthy recipes is when positive habits can form and long-lasting change can occur.
The class includes ALL food (including leftovers of course) AND a recipe book of all the things you made so you can recreate them later!
